“Mountain Sunrise” Sand Ceremony Color Palette Sets a Dramatic Mood for Adventurous Couples

Unity Sand Palette Designs — By Sharon Vaz

The Mountain Sunrise sand ceremony color palette by Sharon Vaz offers a dramatic display for brides this wedding season. The seven-layer palette is appropriate for six participants, so it is ideal for blended family ceremonies. By involving members of the wedding party in your unity sand ceremony, they feel as if they’re being officially welcomed into the new family you are creating with your wedding.

I specially designed this palette to include three of the hottest wedding colors for the season – apple green, berry and orange. The vibrant hues make this an especially memorable color collection. Because of the inclusion of these colors, along with moss green and light brown, the color palette is a wonderful addition for autumn weddings.

This sand ceremony palette is entirely appropriate for wedding color themes of light green, orange, and red. It also works well with bouquets containing “Reagan Orange” chrysanthemums, “Tom Pearce” chrysanthemums, Easter Lilies, “Akito Roses,” “Black Baccara” roses, and Alpinia purpurata (red ginger).  By color-coordinating your sand with your flowers, you will create a unified look for your wedding.

The Mountain Sunrise unity sand ceremony palette is special to me because it is particularly symbolic. The mountain symbolizes the challenges that the bride and groom have faced together and will continue to face in the future as husband and wife. Meanwhile, the sunrise aspect of the palette represents the splendor of overcoming this adversity. Such a feat is possible through great perseverance, an abiding faith in God, as well as a deep commitment for each other. Ultimately, the Mountain Sunrise palette represents power and strength – the power of the couple’s love for each other and their strength in overcoming adversity.

Mountain Sunrise is my gift to you.  I hope that it will become a treasured gift that you will be proud to share with your friends and family for years to come.  And during times of trials, I trust that it will be a continual reminder of the amazing bond you both share, as well as God’s faithfulness in being your protector, provider and friend.
